Icons

The icons on this web-site were created by the author using Macromedia 'Fireworks MX 2004". This is an excellent tool for manipulating web-site graphics. I used the test version - and would have bought the full version, until I saw the price tag! I now use Corel Paint Shop Pro.

Photographs & other images

Most of the photographs used on this web-site are from Wikipedia, which provides an excellent source of free-to-use images - these images have been marked 'WM' for WikiMedia (although some are not marked like this, and will have to be corrected). Some of the photographs on this web-site are provided by the author, and are also free-to-use. Please feel free to use them in your work.

Some of the photographs are from copyrighted material, and where this is the case a source reference has been added. If you feel that a photograph has not be correctly attributed, please inform the author and it will be corrected or removed.

Site creation

The HTML has been written using Notepad(!) The HTML book used is called 'Creating Web Sites Bible' by Wiley. The web-browser used was FireFox. Text, images and drawings - except as stated above - are copyright Francis King 2007, all rights reserved. At the very least, a source reference would be nice.

About the author

The author is a transport planner, and is employed as a consultant by a leading UK consultancy. The views of the author are not necessarily that of the consultancy.
